The American Audio VMS4.1 is designed for performance minded DJs looking for a solid, all-in-one Midi Controller to play MP3 racks from their laptop, plus have the option to add CD Players and turntables to the mix.   Some general features include 4 USB / Analog selectable Midilog (Midi & Analog) channels.  2 phone lines selectable analog channels. It also has gain/treble/mid/bass EQ on all MIDILOGTM Channels.  It has full analog mixer operation if the computer crashes or with external power supply.  Another nice feature is it has split cueing 1/4-inch Stereo Phone Jack with rotary mix control. The Crossfader has curve control and assign and reverse.  Master & Booth outputs with L/R balance.
