Frequently Asked Questions

Please see our frequently asked questions below. Please feel free to send us your questions by clicking here.

I have an Elation Magic 260 controller. Is it possible to control the Inno Pocket Wash in 19 or 21 channel mode with my controller? I ask because the maximum number of channels per fixture on the Magic 260 seems to be 16.

The maximum number of channels on the Magic 260 is 16 and no more. It will not control more channels. The WiFLY WLC 16 will give you 32 channels per fixture.

What ADJ bag would you recommend for 2 or more fixtures?

The F4P586 or F4 Par bag will carry 2 units. I do not make a larger bag for this kind of light.

I have the pocket spot and the wash. Can I connect them as master slave even though they are different lights? I made my own Dmx cable and when I connect them they move together but one of them won't turn on. Thank you in advance.

It will not work. You need to have the spots reperate from the wash fixtures in order to do master & slave. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

The video and photos on you site shows the units mounted horizontal but the manual clearly states that the unit should only be mounted vertically. Is horizontal mounting allowed ?

In order to avoid internal damage, it is not recommended to mount this fixture horizontally. Straight up or straight down only.
