Visitors Crowd ADJ’s InfoComm 2024 Booth To Discover Best-in-class AVL Solutions

Last week ADJ used InfoComm, the largest and most comprehensive professional audiovisual trade show in North America, to showcase a diverse collection of AVL products suitable for a wide variety of integration and temporary event applications. From IP65-rated moving heads to line array speakers from sister company Avante Audio, LED video panels to DMX control solutions, there was something of interest to every audio, video and lighting professional. This meant that from the start to the end of the three-day exhibition, the ADJ booth was packed with visitors interested to find out more about the products on display.

The ADJ Hydro Series is an extensive collection of IP65-rated moving head lighting fixtures suitable for temporary outdoor as well as indoor applications. It includes spot, beam, wash, and profile fixtures, of varying sizes, that each offer touring grade construction, premium components, and a carefully curated feature set, delivering exceptional ROI potential. At InfoComm the new Hydro Hybrid was showcased, which offers huge output and the versatility of functioning interchangeably as a beam, spot, or wash luminaire.

Each harnessing an efficient LED light source, the ADJ Focus Series is a collection of moving heads of various sizes that are suitable for integration as well as event production applications in a wide variety of sizes and types of venue. At InfoComm, the feature-packed flagship Focus Profile, recently released Focus Spot 7Z and potent Focus Flex L19 wash-zoom were all on display.

One of ADJ’s most enduring product ranges, the Vizi Series features a collection of moving head luminaires designed for both the event production / rental and installation markets. Combining a comprehensive feature set led by CMY color mixing with a powerful 310W Osram Sirius HRI discharge lamp, the Vizi Beam CMY is ADJ’s new top-of-the-range dedicated beam luminaire. Also on display was the equally new Vizi Beam RX2, an extremely compact dedicated beam fixture which offers huge brightness and an impressive feature set for its class.

Providing Lighting Designers with huge creative potential, the ADJ Jolt Series is a collection of LED wash fixtures that each feature a central strip of white strobe/blinder LEDs surrounded on both sides by an array of RGB color mixing LEDs. At InfoComm, the new second-generation Jolt Bar FX2 and Jolt Panel FX2 fixtures were on display, which feature numerous upgrades to the original models, as well as the IP65-rated Jolt Bar FXIP and Jolt Panel FXIP.

Offering a host of advanced features, the ADJ ElectraPix Series is a collection of versatile battery-powered and wirelessly controllable LED wash fixtures. Each product features the same color-calibrated 20-Watt Hex (RGBAL+UV) LEDs, surrounded by 0.2-Watt RGB color mixing LEDs that generate a background glow effect. The series comprises the 0.5-meter linear ElectraPix Bar 8, the larger 1-meter ElectraPix Bar 16, and the complementary ElectraPix Par 7 par fixture, which were all showcased at InfoComm.

The ADJ Encore Series is an extensive collection of stage lighting fixtures covering a variety of sizes, fixture types and power outputs. Every model in the series utilizes the latest LED technology to deliver high efficiency and maximum longevity, while offering the features lighting professionals want from their theatrical fixtures. On display at InfoComm were the lime-infused Encore LB15IP, Encore LP12IP and Encore Z7IP wash fixtures, Encore FR Pro Color Fresnel, and Encore Profile Pro Color ellipsoidal as well as the Encore Profile Mini Color and Encore Profile Mini WW compact ellipsoidals.

Two of ADJ’s LED video solutions were also on display. The EVS3 is a 500mm x 500mm touring panel that offers a 3.9mm pixel pitch and a host of useful features including retractable corner protectors. The WMS2 is a 500mm x 1000mm panel that has an extremely tight pixel pitch of 2.6mm, which makes it ideal for a wide variety of integration applications, including shop window displays, museums and attractions, boardrooms, meeting and event spaces, digital signage, houses of worship and entertainment venues.

In addition to lighting fixtures and LED video panels, ADJ also offers a complete range of DMX control and distribution tools. Showcased at InfoComm was the WMX1, a powerful and intuitive standalone lighting control solution, as well as the Aria X2 Transceiver and Aria X2 Bridge hardware interfaces for ADJ’s new Aria X2 wireless control and fixture management suite. Also on display were the new NET 4 and NET 8 DMX over ethernet nodes as well as the RDM XS8 and Data Distro 6 RDM-compatible DMX splitters.

In a dedicated area of the InfoComm booth, a variety of active speaker products from ADJ’s sister company AVANTE Audio were also on display. The Imperio Pro IMP205 is a versatile ‘mini’ line array module that offers incredible versatility and pairs perfectly with the Imperio Pro IMP118 18” sub enclosure. The A10X, A12X and A15X are active full range speakers which offer versatile connectivity and extensive onboard DSPs. Finally, the AS8 ACDC is a compact battery-powered column speaker system that is lightweight, portable, and feature-packed.
