At its core are six high-output 60-Watt RGBL color mixing LEDs, which serve as the primary light source. These LEDs produce intense, saturated colors and are projected through a precision-engineered motorized zoom system, offering a flexible beam angle range of 8° to 38°. This allows designers to seamlessly transition from tight, high-impact aerial beams to wide, immersive washes, adapting instantly to different performance styles and environments.
Enhancing the visual dynamics even further, the Vizi FX7 features a motorized lens assembly with bidirectional rotation. This enables the creation of captivating multi-beam effects that add depth, motion, and energy to any lighting design. Whether used to accentuate fast-paced dance performances or to build atmospheric layers for more subtle moments, the fixture delivers a level of visual versatility that stands out in its class.
At the center of the fixture, an additional 60-Watt RGBL LED generates a vivid kaleidoscope effect, producing a rotating burst of multi-colored light that draws the eye and adds a unique focal point to the output. Surrounding this is an outer ring of sixty 0.5-Watt RGB color mixing LEDs, designed to create vibrant ‘eye candy’ effects that are ideal for both live audiences and camera-facing applications. Together, these elements allow lighting designers to build complex, layered looks that can be as bold or as nuanced as required.
Each of the six primary LEDs benefits from individual pixel control, unlocking further creative potential. Combined with a suite of built-in FX macros and adjustable speed parameters, this enables the rapid creation of intricate chases, color transitions, and dynamic patterns. White light output can be achieved with color temperature variable between 2,700K and 10,000K, and presets providing easy access to popular options. The result is a fixture that not only offers immense output but also the fine control needed for detailed, expressive programming.
Performance is matched by precision, thanks to the integration of high-performance 3-phase motors. These deliver fast, smooth, and accurate pan and tilt movement, ensuring the fixture can keep pace with the demands of modern live productions while maintaining pinpoint positioning. Advanced dimming modes and selectable LED refresh rates of up to 25kHz ensure flicker-free operation, making the Vizi FX7 equally suited to broadcast environments as well as live events.
Control flexibility is another key strength. The Vizi FX7 comes equipped with Aria X2 wireless technology as standard, allowing for reliable cable-free DMX control and remote fixture management. For traditional setups, 5-pin DMX input and output connections with RDM support are also included, ensuring seamless integration into existing lighting systems.
