With a suggested retail of just $239.95, the Flash Duo is one of American DJ's StarTec series of inexpensive effects specifically designed for the working mobile DJ. The Flash Duo generates a total of 104 white beams that spin and flash to create perpetual lighting action. Once this two-headed monster really gets going, its bright light will flood the room and dazzle the entire party with brilliant illumination and scintillating visual excitement.

The Flash Duo's double-ball design makes it a close relative of American DJ's popular Roto-Balls, another powerful StarTec effect. Mobile DJs can use the Flash Duo's variable speed control knob to adjust the strobe rate on the fly. This gives the DJ the option of setting a relatively low strobe rate for slow-dancing, a medium setting for disco and '70s music, or a hyperactive pulse for trippy techno.
