"You dont have to turn a jog wheel to get the CD to reverse, so this is another feature thatoffers faster speed than other CD players."The upper-end DCD-PRO 450 also includes two unique on-board effects -- Coast and Break --which give the CD player the capability tosound like a turntable. With the Coast feature, for example, when the button is hit, the music will wind down very slowly, similarto the analog-type sound created by a spinning turntable. Like other features, the Coast and Break effects can be activatedon-the-fly.Another useful new feature on the DCD-PRO250 and DCD-PRO450 is anti-shock buffer memory. Both models feature 20 seconds ofanti-shock memory per deck, for a total of 40 seconds. The DCD-PRO250 and DCD-PRO450 also both offer mechanical and digitalanti-shock protection.Of course, the DCD-PRO250 and PRO450 include all the cutting-edge features found on other models in American DJs popular DCD seriesof CD players, such as True Instant Start, Seamless Loop, and Flip Flop.
