LOS ANGELES
- American Audio has packed big-time professional features into 3 relatively small-scale PA mixers: the new M822FX, M1224FX and M1624FX.Ideal for bands, presentations, houses of worship, speakers and small productions of all types, the M822FX, M1224FX and M1624FX bring powerful live sound reinforcement to a wide range of users who prefer a small-format mixer. Professional-quality digital effects are built right into each unit, allowing users to tweak the audio to their liking and achieve a big fat sound, no matter how small the venue.
The 3 new mixers vary in size and the number of channels offered on each unit. Compared to most PA boards on the market today, they are extremely compact, bearing a footprint thats only slightly larger than typical home-studio type mixers. Yet, their faders, switches and control knobs are large enough to make them easy to operate on the fly. All 3 units feature heavy-duty steel construction - rather than the plastic found on many smaller mixers -making them rugged enough to handle extensive travel/touring applications and withstand the rigors of daily professional use.
The M822FX features 2 Mono and 3 Stereo Channels. It weighs only 7 lbs. and measures 9.75" x 2.5" x 11.5". Suggested retail price: $239.95.
