ADJ Restructures U.S. Sales and Technical Support Team to Drive Continued Growth

ADJ Products has expanded and restructured its U.S. sales and technical support team to facilitate continued growth and brand awareness in the professional lighting, LED video, and audio markets. The changes include the appointment of Raul Rosales as Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Nevada, along with expanded technical support roles for Jeffrey Yukelson in the Western U.S. and the addition of Chuck Dillingham in the Eastern U.S. Together, they will help strengthen customer relationships, provide technical expertise, and increase awareness of ADJ's growing portfolio of professional entertainment technology solutions in the AVL market.

As demand for ADJ solutions continues to expand in the rental, production, installation, and integration sectors, the company is investing in additional sales and technical resources to better serve customers nationwide. The appointment of Raul Rosales as Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Nevada will ensure enhanced sales support for the region. In addition, expanded Technical Specialist roles for Jeffrey Yukelson in the Western U.S. and the appointment of Chuck Dillingham to cover the Eastern U.S. will support customers with technical expertise, product training, and valuable education.

"ADJ has experienced significant growth in recent years as more professionals discover the performance, reliability, and value of our lighting, LED video, and audio solutions," said Alfred Gonzales, Director of Sales for ADJ USA. "We are excited about the changes we are making to our sales and technical support organization with Raul Rosales, Jeffrey Yukelson, and Chuck Dillingham. Their combined experience, industry knowledge, and customer-focused approach will help us better support our sales team, dealer network, integrators, lighting designers, production companies, and end users. As the rental, production, and integration markets continue to expand across the United States, these investments will help increase awareness of ADJ's growing portfolio of professional solutions while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and technical support."

Raul Rosales Joins ADJ as Territory Sales Manager

With more than 30 years of experience in the music industry — including over a decade dedicated to professional lighting — Raul Rosales joins ADJ with extensive industry knowledge and a strong network of customer relationships. In his new role, he will support the growth of ADJ's complete portfolio of brands, including ADJ Lighting, Eliminator Lighting, Avante Audio, American Audio, and Accu-Cable. Raul’s responsibilities will include dealer visits, product demonstrations, project development, system specification support, and customer training across lighting, audio, and video applications in the Northern California and Nevada regions.

Focused on expanding market presence throughout the region, Raul will work closely with dealers, integrators, lighting designers, production professionals, and audio technicians to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and increase awareness and demand for ADJ's innovative solutions.

Jeffrey Yukelson Expands Technical Specialist Role

Jeffrey Yukelson, who joined ADJ in January 2025 after co-founding the highly respected Show & Design Group (SDG) in Las Vegas will also step into a new role. As a well-known, veteran Lighting Designer, he previously served as ADJ’s Technical Product Specialist and has now been promoted to Technical Specialist – U.S. Western Region.

As entertainment technology continues to evolve and products become increasingly sophisticated, Jeffrey's extensive experience as both a lighting designer and production company owner provides invaluable real-world insight. His combination of technical expertise, practical application knowledge, and passion for education will help customers maximize the potential of ADJ solutions while strengthening the company's reputation for industry-leading support and service.

Chuck Dillingham Named Technical Specialist – U.S. Eastern Region

As part of the company’s continued growth strategy, ADJ Products has also appointed Chuck Dillingham as Technical Specialist – U.S. Eastern Region. Prior to joining ADJ, Chuck spent 11 years representing ADJ as an external Sales Rep, where he earned a reputation as a trusted lighting and audio technical sales representative serving customers throughout Nashville and the Southeastern United States. In addition, Chuck worked as a lighting designer and technician at Opryland USA, aboard multiple Royal Caribbean cruise ships, and later managed the lighting department of a Nashville-based production company. When not traveling, he volunteers in the lighting and video departments at Cross Point Church in Nashville.

With decades of hands-on industry experience, Chuck brings extensive practical knowledge and application expertise to the role. His commitment to customer success and technical education will further strengthen ADJ's ability to support customers throughout every stage of a project—from specification and installation to programming and ongoing operation.

As ADJ's product offerings continue to expand and incorporate increasingly advanced technologies, the addition of dedicated technical specialists in both the eastern and western United States provides customers with greater access to expert guidance, training, and application support than ever before. In their new roles, Jeffrey and Chuck will travel throughout their territories working closely with internal and external sales representatives, dealers, consultants, integrators, lighting designers, and end users. They will support ADJ's sales team through customer visits, product demonstrations, technical consultations, project assistance, and training sessions. Chuck and Jeffrey will also represent ADJ at trade shows, dealer open houses, and educational events, helping customers better understand the capabilities and applications of ADJ's expanding portfolio of lighting, video, and control technologies.

All appointments are effective immediately.

Customers attending InfoComm 2026 will have the opportunity to meet Raul, Jeffrey, and Chuck in person at the ADJ AVL Experience Demo Room (N119) and Booth N6105 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 17–19, 2026.
