ADJ is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Shenor Sakadjian as the company's new Sales Coordinator, a key position created to further strengthen support for ADJ's internal sales team, dealer network, and customers across North America.
Since joining ADJ in 2019, Shenor has held several positions within the company, including International Sales Representative. Throughout her career at ADJ, she has developed extensive knowledge of the company's products, sales operations, and customer service standards while building strong relationships with dealers and colleagues across multiple departments.
As Sales Coordinator, Shenor will serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Accounting, Warehouse Operations, and executive leadership. She will provide operational and administrative support for the national sales team, helping to streamline dealer communications, coordinate quotations and pricing requests, monitor inventory availability, maintain CRM data, support new dealer onboarding, and ensure customers receive exceptional service before, during, and after every sale.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Shenor has been at the heart of ADJ's sales operations. Her strong organizational skills, collaborative approach, and dedication to supporting both the sales staff and dealer network make her exceptionally well qualified for this important role.
