LOS ANGELES - Customers of DJ Allen Entertainment in Arizona will soon be treated to some stunning new lighting effects, as the company's owner, Allen Hegedus of Goodyear, Arizona, was the winner of American DJ's "12 for 12" contest, which awards him with one ADJ light fixture each month in 2012.
Hegedus, who provides music and entertainment for weddings, school dances and other events in the Phoenix-Scottsdale-Mesa area, was chosen at random as the winner out of 5,658 entrants from around the world.ÿ Each month, he will have the opportunity to choose one of ADJ's innovative and thrilling lighting effects up to $500 (MAP) in value for the entire year, for a prize total of up to $6,000.ÿ The contest was run on ADJ's Facebook page, and required individuals to "like" the company's page and then fill out an entry form.ÿ
Hegedus is as of yet undecided as to which American DJ lighting fixtures he will choose from for his monthly prize.ÿ "I'm not too sure yet," he said.ÿ "But I do know I would like to get all LED."
