Dear Ladys and Gentlemen , I have a question for ' American Audio VMS4.1 " : Is it possible to use this controler only with a tablet with Android system, installed software ( Virtual DJ ) , or do i need a additional PC to use it. This unit will only be compatible with a PC or mac.

Hi, My VMS4.1 reset in the middle of a gig and then the cuing was full of static. Next day I uninstalled both Virtual DJ 8 and VMS4.1 drivers and reinstalled them both. VDJ 8 1st and now I have cuing music coming out of right headphones. I have to pull my jack 1/2 out for semi normal operation, Is this a known issue that can be fix using the support # or does it require repair? I purchased my VMS4.1 9/27/2014 and I recently started having other issues like, deck 1 sync and cue 4 button is unresponsive which could be the VDJ 8 software but the resetting has happened twice now. Please provide feedback on next steps? Thanks, Troy
Thank you for reaching out to us. The resetting can be caused by a power issue or bad USB cable. Make sure that the correct power supply is being used (5.9 – 6VDC 1amp) and try a new USB cable. As for the headphone issue, try a different set of headphones or cable. If the problem continues, then the product needs to be serviced. Let me know if you have any further questions.
