Frequently Asked Questions

Please see our frequently asked questions below. Please feel free to send us your questions by clicking here.

Hi, What is the difference between the Mega TriPar Profile and the Plus? Cheers

The Plus adds a 3W UV led to the mix, making it a 4 color fixture. The UV adds a little brightness to certain fabrics when used.

Is strobe effect only available in the single color mode? No strobing for sound active? Been trying to use the remote strobe button but no luck.

The strobe is only for static and RGB mode.

Please have step by step videos on how to set up the different modes with examples. Thank you

Please contact our support team at 800-322-6337 ext 549 for assitance. They'll gladly assist you with any questions on the product.

It mentions being dimmable, is there a way to dim them without having to go into each color value RGB 0-256 and drop these numbers so you can keep the color shade once you have found it? or is changing the RGB value the only way to dim or is dimming available via DMX

Dimming is only available in DMX mode.
