Technical Support / Customer Service (Audio & Lighting Products):

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Able to communicate clearly with a friendly style
  • Good benefits, Health & 401 (K). 40hrs / wk M-F
  • Will be responsible for taking incoming calls from existing customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding:
  • product usage
  • service manual
  • issuing RAS
  • issuing Call Tags
  • discussing credit return policy
  • assisting customers with Spare Parts
  • assist Sales Staff with technical issues
