What's the difference between "6 DMX channels" (Inno Pocket Roll) and "5 DMX channel modes 2/6/8/9/11" (Inno Pocket Fushion)?
The units are different in operation so Channels 1 are the same in both but from 2 on they are different. THe roller combines roll speed and direction on ch2 strobing on 3,color on 4 + speed, dimmer on 5 and dimmer modes on 6.
the Inno Pocket Fusion has Tilt on 2, Colors on 3, strobing on 4 Master dimmer on 5,Laser on 6 and 7,laser strobe on 7,Built in shows on 8 show speed and sound sensitivity on 9, dimmer mode on 10 and Blackout modes on 11.
As you can see they are very different units.
Since a Inno Pocket Scan Pack (2 lights plus bag) and a Inno Pocket Roll Pack (2 lights plus bag) are both available; is there any plan to make a Inno Pocket Fusion Pack (2 lights plus bag) available? Since the Fusion is similar to the roll (fusion adds a laser); offering a Fusion package would make sense.
Thanks for getting in contact with us. I will pass along your request to our Deveopment team.
1. Are the dimmer/pan tilt/shutter only controlled by a dmx controller and can you explain each the manual doesn't offer anything specific ? 2. What are Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural & Theatre Dim Curves? 3. What is the difference or a description of each of the 8 show modes? thanks!
Yes, the dimmer, pan, tilt and shutter functions are only accessible via DMX.
Dimmer = Overall intensity of LED
Pan= Left and Right movement of head
Tilt= Up and down movement of head
Shutter= controls blackout or strobe function
The dimmer curve allows for different wave forms of dimming. In the end, it's all preference, but it can be critical when recording video. A very slow or very fast dimming speed is not ideal for video.
We have no information on the individual shows. It's just a random sequence of colors and movements. I suggest you go through each show and select the one that works best for your application.
